Syria Planet is an aggregation of blogs written by Syrians or about Syria, it provides an insight into the thoughts of Syrians around the world, the current events in Syria, and hot topics about Syria, it also serves as a community portal for member bloggers to discuss blogging issues and arrange events.
The planet is run by a group of Syrian bloggers, however, each entry in the planet represents its original author's opinion, maintainers of Syria Planet do not condone or condemn any of its content, and the entries are directly and automatically retrieved from participants' blogs.
A list of participating bloggers is available on the top block of the front page, in addition, there is a complete feed for all member blogs.
Syria Planet is powered by Drupal, a modern Open Source content management platform.
